Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Mix all ingredients
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the mix into the baking sheet, using approximately 2 spoons for each pancake.
- Bake for 15 min or until light brown.
