Banana Pancakes (baked and easy)

Serving size: 2 people (approx 12 pancakes)

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Mix all ingredients
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the mix into the baking sheet, using approximately 2 spoons for each pancake.
  • Bake for 15 min or until light brown.
