I found this quote from Sheryl Sandberg and it remind me to my grandpa.  When I was a child, I used to talk about all the things I wanted to do and while many people around me thought I was such a crazy dreamer, he was one of the few that always believe on me.

He always said to me:

“Dream big and build the road map to get there, what are the milestones to get there? when you know this, write down and make it happen”

He was such a wise man and without his encouragement, I will not have been capable to doing a lot of things that got me where I am now.
